Unrooting a Tmobile sensation

I rooted this to cyanogen mod back in august or september when HTC released S off for the phone. Now after playing with it I just really want to return it to stock. Every search I've tried for instructions on this leads me back here or to HTCsensationforum.com . I downloaded a new version of sync, I think i down loaded the wrong RUU though and now it's stuck on the white and green HTC screen when it loads. Where do I go from here to get things working again?
