Unrooting Galaxy Grand Duos

Dear all,

Give me clean reply, How i unroot my phone Galaxy grand Duos i9082: I have read many thread but i am stuck,

I have rooted with Philz Otuch recovery,
I have now official firmware also,


So just give me steps how i unroot my Phone??
Do i have to Reset flash??? or i just flash original firmware with ODIN and it will be okay???
I have used flash with Unroot.zip from recovery mode but always i update with net, it says ur device modified blah blah blah...
