Unrooting Help Needed

All,
I need to get back to stock, but I'm at my wits end. I've tried following http://forums.androidcentral.com/in...w-root-un-root-rom-your-droid-incredible.html with no success. The PB31IMG.zip doesn't work. It starts to extract and it errors out when checking. The error I get is "Main Version is older!" I'm then prompted to reboot device

I've tried the stock images from Stock Images | PvilleComp's and get assorted errors when going through Hboot. I've tried the RUUs from Pvillecomp.com and when it runs it says that it's updating. I get the off white HTC logo and the RUU says it will take about ten minutes to update. I get a successful message after about five minutes with a reboot, but I'm still rooted. Someone please help before I have to sacrifice my first born.
