Unusual behaviour of my phone

Here I am observing some unusual behaviour of my android phone which as when I opened my chrome browser to browse I saw that "m.youtube.com" was opened already which I had not opened.
Is that sigh is that my phone is access remotely by outsider hacker or whether my phone is cloned? Plz help

Hi, I would clear out chrome history and tabs and monitor it , then you can go from there.
