Update & Atrix

I think I srewed up my first post, so let me try this again.

Am new to Droid.
Have Atrix/AT&T from day it was first available.
HAve doen nothing dangerous/adventurous, e.g. rootiing, but have installed a few apps, all freebies as a test.
Got notice of update, and phone is now waiting for connection to WiFi.
Unfortunately, our home network is wired, and I work out of my home, so there's no job site to go to.

FWIW, I have the small accessory pack, i.e. dock, keyboard, & mouse.

Is there any way to update other than via WiFi?
I find it hard to believe I can't dock the Atrix, connect the dock to my laptop with that connected to my home network, and get the update that way.

No I tried and nothing worked,Only when Wi-Fi was available then I was able to update.
As for suggestions.....try hitting up a starbucks or somewhere with free Wi-Fi and update your phone.
