I wish people would understand that the firmware update and profile update have nothing to do with getting the jelly bean update.

Well first, the profile update only initiates a reset to your data profile on your phone. The firmware update has never worked for me, in the history of me owning HTC android phones. The firmware is updated when HTC pushes out a software update, so it's included in that. If anyone has ever hit the "Update Firmware" button on an HTC phone and actually gotten an update, I'd be really surprised.

Are they just playing with our minds now. I just checked and still no update.
But on the Sprint website it says the evo lte has android 4.1(jelly bean)

I'm sure it's probably legit. The wouldn't change the site, and leave it that way, if it wasn't coming. I'd say around noon today we'll have something concrete.

Guess what guys HTC did it again. If you buy the new evo it brings jellybean but the old one is not getting updated. Sounds familiar they want you to buy new phones. LOL just joking we should get the update any minute now.
