update exchange contacts?

I'm using the built in mail app for access to my exchange work server emails/calendar/contacts. I've just gone though my contacts on my computer in Outlook and removed a bunch of old unneeded contacts. How do I get my phone to sync/update and remove those same contacts?

It should do it within the set amount of time you have set to sync, unless you do it manually. I've always found it to be pretty quick on our Exchange 2010 server, or within a few minutes

On a separate note does your calender work sync with the server? If so which are you running (03,07,2010?)

great, auto-sync'ed just liked you said it would. My calendar does sync with the server at work, I believe we have 07.
