Update for note 9 bought from Singapore

I live in Germany and i bought a note 9 from Singapore. Do i get the one ui update? Has anyone have this problem?

If it's locked to a carrier, they'll do the update if you're still using them (which you wouldn't be in Germany). If it's not locked to a carrier, Samsung updates it, so you should get it.
