update from 4.4.4 to 5.0 error

Hello
Ok, I decided to get the 5.0 update for my rooted nexus 7 2012 wifi only. I am using Wug's nexus root toolkit for this. In this I get the error that '/system/fonts/roboto-bolditalic.ttf has unexpected contents. status 7, installation aborted.
Also attaching image of the error.
Please help.

Reflash the stock ROM, update, then make the changes you want. An update will abort if it finds anything unfamiliar - it could brick the device if it continues.

Of anything, make sure you're getting the 5.0.2 update. I think anyone who received the 5.0 OTA would advise against letting 5.0 anywhere near your Nexus.
