Update help!!!

I did a factory reset on my HTC one to restore my stock Google play store and now goo manager will not give me the option to select the update to flash to my phone. Please help.

Did you do a factory reset from within Settings in Android or factory reset thru your custom recovery?

Reason I ask is many times its a no no, to use the Android factory reset from within Settings while rooted and running a custom recovery and/or ROM.

You should never factory reset within settings being rooted. Only inside the recovery!

Did you try another rom? The file might be corrupt.

Yes I did and it didn't work. And I did this update with viperRom and goo manager before. It was working before till I did the factory reset with in twrp

Try just flashing it in the recovery without goo manager.

Are you trying to flash the 5-17 viper rom or the OTA 1.31 update?

The first one is not a Rom update that I have seen. Viper has not been updated for over 2 months. That just to enable read/write.
