Update in 4g areas?

Just wondering if all those who have received the OTA Update are in 4G areas?

I am in a 3G only and have not received it yet, St George Ut

I know I will I was just wondering if they are pushing it in those areas first?

I got it a couple days ago and there is no 4G here.(Oregon)

I have and all I get is the "busy" icon to sit there and spin? I can wait though.
