Yesterday, I unrooted my phone and took the update. After updating I realized I can no longer root via towelroot. I found another method but it seems that it may trip knox.
At first, it seemed fine, but soon found that my touch screen occasionally is unresponsive and it reboots once in a while. I am guessing I need to do a hard reset, but without root, I can't us titanium to restore.
Any other way to back up without root? and has anyone had similar issues that a hard reset fixed them?
