I have a Nexus phone that has JB 4.1.1. I am seeing an update JDQ39 which I assume is JB 4.2.2. My phone is unlocked and rooted. Let me say that I am a complete armature at this stuff. I can download the update and then reboot. It boots into Teamwin. Not sure what to do then. If I hit install it ask to select zip to install, Up a level, busybox.zip, CWM-supersu-v0.94 zip, perm-recovery.zip are the choses. If I chose one it ask for zip file signature verification? and Force MD5 check on all zips? I then swipe and it says successful with three choses. Home, wipe cache/dalvik, and reboot system. Am I doing this correctly? and where do I go from here. If I reboot it stays at 4.1.1 Can someone walk me through this step by step. Thanks.

Make sure the .zip file containing the update is in a location you can remember. You might also want to wipe data/factory reset to avoid any issues with a dirty install.
I've had better experience with ClockWorkMod, but TWRP and CWM basically do the same thing so you're doing it right. The only thing is make sure that the update is in a flashable .zip.
