I don't know what's going on but my phone keeps turning WiFi off since the update. I click the slide for WiFi on but doesn't go back on. This is really frustrating as it only connects once in a while when it feels like it.

Dang that sucks no issue on my pixel 6 pro. I read that somewhere not sure if it was on here or a reddit post.

I hate to suggest this, but you might want to try factory resetting your device.

I rebooted my device and it was working again. This is the 3rd time I've had to reboot because of this since the update.

Several reports about this problem and a reboot is the main temporary fix so far. Don't bother to factory reset since it seems that it doesn't fix the problem.

Ouch! Is this on your home WiFi? When your phone is down do you have other devices working on the same WiFi?

I work from my office in my home and I'm dependent on my WiFi. My P6Pro attaches to a NetGear Mesh WiFi and has been 100% reliable since I got my P6Pro 3 months ago. My provider is Comcast in Atlanta.

It happened at home once I only realized because I was trying to connect to my dashcam to update and it wouldn't let me turn WiFi on.

Pretty much every other time it happens I'm at work. I know this because I have the phone set to automatically go into silent mode when it connects to the WiFi at work. When my phone makes a notification noise at work I then know I'm no longer connected.

Have you talked to your IT department at work? Corporate IT departments, for security purposes, often have their systems set up to only allow authorized attachments to their systems. Is it possible that your personal phone is not authorized to be attached to your work WiFi and their built in policy checking closes you down?

No, it's nothing fancy like that. My phone literally turns WiFi off when it try flipping the switch on. And then after whatever happens, it decides to turn WiFi back on and connect again. I've been using this phone since November and only after the Feb update did this start happening.

Yep, it's a known February patch issue. Lots of posts on Reddit with the same issue.

Google just keep blundering things with this phone.

It's pretty laughable at this point .

My visual vm just up and stopped working out the blue .
I have given up on it for now. I went back to my s21 for now.

Google just keeps on having issues it's crazy.

This issue doesn't affect my Pixel 6 Pro using Google Fi and NetGear Mesh WiFi on Comcast/Xfinity.

My WiFi speed is 700 Mbps down and 24 Mbps up.

I don't use beta software and I've applied the second February update.

I've been trying for a week. It appears the update not only bricks the WiFi but also stops you getting the beta download. ????????????

Welcome to the Google Experience. lol

Seriously, updates are supposed to fix problems.

My issues started happening after the January.

Left Beta to grab first and second Feb updates thinking they would help and have dropped two calls with no service bug now. I have never had that happen since I have had the phone day 1 and this was in my house. Fluctuates from -89 to -93 depending on where I am in house and never switched over to wifi for the calls. Had to sideload the beta from dev page since opt in isn't pushing the update to the phone.

Seems better but now worried it may just drop the network and I may not notice for hours...
