Update no longer available

Hey, I have a Rogers Note. I didn't see anything about Rogers update yet, only AT&T and Telus. I decided to open Kies and see if there was anything and lo and behold, there was a firmware upgrade! I clicked update, and waited for a bit. The program froze so I closed it and when I re-opened it, the update was no longer available. How do I get the upgrade back :/

UPDATE: I tried for the hundredth time and finally got it back, but when I clicked update this time it said something like "Cannot access model information server". What does that mean?

It looks like the update for the Rogers version was pushed out today. Most likely the server is being hit with requests by so many users that it cant access the information at this time so you wont be able to update until the request for it dies down a bit. Try again tomorrow and see if it works.
