Update not updating

I have AT&T and Galaxy S5 Active and I keep getting I have an update 640MB doesn't say what type of update. It downloads and then when it goes to reboot and actually I guess apply the updates once it says system reboot, boom fail. It then takes me back to the application where it tells me it was interrupted and I have to wait 24 hrs to check if there is a new update. I've been doing this for 3 weeks now. How can I get this update to actually...update completely? How can I even check what update this is?
 
Clear your system cache, reboot and try again or if that fails download Samsung Smart Switch to your PC and update that way
 
Ok I'm not 100% sure what I'm doing on this Smart Switch to get this update to work that way
 
When you connect the device to your PC running Smart Switch, you should get a notification of an update, click on the appropriate buttons and let it do its thing
 
Well its not going to update that way either. Say there are no updates yet I keep gettimg there are. Then says it doesn't recognize my model device.
 
4.2, trying to find stuff to Uninstall for now. did the cache as stated and restart.
 
Here is what I get now with smart switch. computer recognized phone, phone searches and then this. I cannot find anywhere to put that pin on the laptop portion of smart switch
