Hi I posted last week about banking apps but thought those who bank with others might find this useful.
Thought you guys might find this useful, I bank with First Direct and managed to get this over via phone clone and it worked, however I have a Barclays account and ive tried to install that over the last couple of days and it doesn't work. The only way was to get it via the browser.
I asked my mate who works at Huawei and he gave me a list of Banks that currently work, which is:
Royal Bank of Scotland,
Co-op Banking,
Halifax,
Lloyds TSB,
Nationwide,
Santander,
HSBC,
Monzo and
AIB (NI) which used to be First Trust
He said theres probably more but these are the ones that are working no probs so far.
You can get them from either Phone Clone across from your old Android phone or from More Apps and/or Petal Search

Good to know these are atleast available - i use mobile sites because they're more secure - if you have face unlock or fingerprint anyone can get in ...

To be honest I use a website to access my Barclays account and I have to use my fingerprint to get into the website as I use password vault. I love it as I cant ever remember my password.

Yep, I've just set mine up and it uses the same fingerprint authentication for websites which is reassuring! The technology is basically the same

Aaaaaah First Direct - the Banking App works ok does it?

Yeah its absoloutly fine, I phone clonded it and im sure it updated on my P40 pro as before I couldn't see my pending transactions, I now can. The biggest issue I found was by the bank itself as whenever I move over to a new phone I have to call the bank to authorise it?

Yeah its good to see the logins stored on the websites and secured by fingerprint. Google has this feature and I would have missed it
