update problem

Hello,
I have a question for you guys. Yesterday I bought a new nexus s running on android 2.3.3. but i didn't recieved a single update. Wen i go tot my settings and look for updates there only stands: your device is up to date.
my question is do i have to subscribe me somewhere tot recieve An update or should i just wait untill there comes an update?

Patience is a virtue as a Nexus owner. There are updates available which you can install yourself. Just search the forums and you should be able to update manually, without rooting to 4.0.4.
