Update problem

First off I'm going to warn you I know hardly nothing about android rooting and roms.
I rooted my phone when I first got it using the guide here. I have LS840ZVC right now and every 1-2 weeks my phone pushes an update which I try to install but it fails, I assume this is cause or the root. When I try to unroot using superoneclick the program just goes unresponsive. If anybody could help me with this I would really appreciate it.

Rooting doesn't cause the update to fail. Did you delete any system app, known as bloatware from your phone?]

Yeah I deleted some of the sprint ones

That's the problem. You need them, otherwise you'll fail the integrity check.

Edit: Nevermind I think I got them all. How can I manually update?

Nope, you have to reinstall the whole software http://forums.androidcentral.com/lg...s840-back-too-ls840zvc-ls840zvd-firmware.html I had to do this the same day I got my viper because I removed the wrong bloat lol, Good luck!

Nope. You need to re-install ZVC.

One more word before you update, try voodoo ota root keeper from the market. If it works it will let you keep root while ota updating.

Voodoo worked for me for zvd ota
