Update problems with One plus one

I was reading up on solutions to the problems that I had and none of them worked. It says that I don't have google services. This all happened after a recent update. My phone is rooted and it is a one plus one. I tried to change the permissions and restart nothing different with that. I reset privacy settings and nothing. I cleared cache and data on google services and others, I did notice though that the time it said the last time I checked for updates was in December 1969. The last time I went back in time was in 2015 so I don't know why is says that now. So I changed the time on my phone and it was right but changed it anyways and still nothing. Do you guys recommend installing a new OS and starting fresh? Let me know what you thing this is on android 6.0.1. Let me know if you need more info thanks peeps! Oh and I also get this screen overlay detected and it wont change anything when I click no on all of these. I have also reset app preferences on this and restarted my phone. I uploaded the errors and the update thing I found.
