update problems

Hello, today i updated my lg l9 to jelly bean but after restart my weather widget stoped working. I taped on it and it said that i must update it with program manager or something like that. Then i opened program manager but i didnt find it there. But there were couple programs which needed update too, so i decided to update world clock first but when i tried to update it it said i dont have enough space to update. When i checked my memory it said that i have 2gb free. How do i get out of this problem and get my weather widget to work? I dont have rooted phone and i dont want to root it.

Oh great now i cant install apps from google play.
