update profile?

So my fiance just got her mesmerize. I am not too familiary with the us cellular android devices but I am looking in the settings>about phone area. I am looking for update profile, prl, firmware. Where is it? Is it on the phone somewhere else or is there another way to reprovision it.

PRL is done by dialing *228.
