ok, i bought the s3 mini on friday. it's my first android phone. my previous phone was a jet s8000 so it's a big leap!

i'm getting used to the change in texting from resistive to capacitive ( i really miss the vibrations every time i tap something)

so it asks me do i want to upgrade my software, i say yes, i think it's doing it in stages.... now the way it reacts when i text has changed...

can i go back? what happens if i do a factory reset? does that work? i feel so silly and stupid but it's stressing me out :-(

all help appreciated from those that are way more tech savvy than me x

Do you know what software was updated? If it was a firmware update, then no, you can't go back. If it was an application, then yes, you probably can.

As for the vibration, look in settings for Haptic feedback, and turn it on.
