Hello androidcentral i am new to this but I unlocked my phone today and found that i have a new software update just wanted to know if anyone else got this update.

Could you tell us the software version you received? Also, what model S6 do you have? We can try and track down an update and see what was changed.

I bet he's on sprint. My software version ends in AOE2 for the S6.

If your on sprint OP, yeah you were supposed to get it.

I have a galaxy s6 in Australia the software version is still 5.0.2 and the carrier is optus but the phone is unlocked the software update was roughly about 160mb

I have the at&t s6 and my software number ends AOE2 as well. The latest update was basically a maintenance update. It improves battery life, has some screen improvement, and I think HD voice improvements as well.
