Exactly like the title says... Anyone else had this issue? Have to restart at least twice daily, random screen freezes whether it be screen on or off. Battery gets me through one day.. Before I could get 2 days at least. Lag....lag...lag...lag...

I've done a factory reset with no backup and setup watch as new....still having issues... There is a ton of lag now in most aspects of watch operation now.

T-Mobile LTE connected Bluetooth to my pixel XL 2.

I just moved to the TMO LTE frontier last week. I sold my Bluetooth version to obtain it.
I did notice serious battery drain for a couple days but not any lag though. I ended up doing a factory reset. Before I did the reset I cleared the cache from the Gear and Samsung Health app. I don't know I think I read that on XDA when I was searching.
That may have done the trick because after about 2 or 3 days the watch has settled in it seems. Not any noticeable drain and I'm getting about 2 days average. Not as good as the BT model I had but close.

Interesting about the clearing cache thing. I'm going to try that too.

Mine (AT&T LTE) was very laggy after the update. I did a factory reset and it's been great since. I'm getting about 3 days on a charge, no lagging, and enjoying the new features.

(AT&T LTE, Frontier) Ever since the update, the message notifications are unreliable and/or missing altogether. I have had to reset my watch to fix the issue. 3 different times. I hope they fix this issue, and quite frankly, i am surprised i don't see more people complaining about the message notification issue. The 1, simplest function of a smart watch should be message notifications!

I thought I was having a messaging notification issue, but I think I have figured it out. (S3 Frontier, VZW variant) I have been using Message+, which is a Verizon texting client that I evidently like, I keep going back to it. It has an unusual feature that I am not sure whether I like or not. When you send a text, if you leave the app on the screen and the person replies, you get no notification. If someone else sends a message, you do get a notification. Now, on the watch, I seem to only get notifications when I get one on my phone. So, if I leave the app open and on the screen and get a reply to the conversation that is on the screen, I get no notification on the phone or the watch. This might (or might not) be a lead to look into with your issue.

There is a setting for the watch if turned on, if you have your phone unlocked and open, you don't get a notification on your watch. The theory is that if you're actively using your phone, you should see any messages arrive, which would be redundant to see it pop up on your watch.
