I am at work and just checked and it appears I finally have a software update, for marshmallow I am assuming via AT&T.
Do I need to do anything with my SD card prior to install?

Thanks,

Everything on my SD card was maintained thru the update. I always recommend backing up everything prior to updates.

Update is only 200mb, cant be marshmallow...ughhhh AT&T.
Anyhow, thanks for the reply.

I'm guessing that there will be a few damp gussets from AT&T users until they realise what the update is. :D

I guess the update was for security. However my phone seems to be running and operating more efficiently.

What security patch are you showing in Settings > About device > Android security patch level, also, Baseband version?

Looks like just a Security update with some minor under the hood fixes...

Come on AT&T
The rest of the world is getting 6.0.x
Get with the program !!

Thanks for the screenies Enverdaz.

Build number, G900AUCS4CPA2, tells me that this latest release is not a firmware update as it is still on the January 2016 build release with the April security patch added.
