I could not get into sprint to pre-order! as a premier customer I did not get an email link or anything! how annoying, sprint you suck! I even stayed up to midnight to try to order and then could not log into the web site. Very upset with sprint now. Maybe should get droid 3!

I woke up at 6 a.m. and had the e-mail waiting for me.

I clicked on the link and had the phone ordered in 5 minutes.

The shipping said 2 - 5 business days but we will see...my biggest concern is the rebates...we have seen nothing from Sprint stating the instant rebates are being extended through the 24th.

Also, I was going to have to miss work to go into Sprint to get the phone...now I know I am getting one and it should be here within 2 - 5 days

Oh with tax the phone was $221...I live in Oklahoma.

The rebates were in the online order form. It was instant. My email confirmation even said so.

I know guys but from everything I read it was only extended until the 23rd...I am pretty sure Sprint will extend from the 23rd on but one can't be too sure.

I have not seen confirmation from Sprint the rebates were extended through the 24th and the Sprint store I pre ordered (really just name on a list with no money down) couldn't tell me if the rebates would or would not be extended.

And my other fear was my name was "put on a list" when the Pre originally released but they lost my name or something and I had to wait almost a month to get one...now I should get an EVO 3D within 2 -5 days maybe earlier.

I am in for 1 but I had to "validate" my order via the phone to expedite its processing. Probably because I recently changed addresses.

I took the gamble but keep in mind that once the order is processed, you lose your upgrade capabilities until the phone Sprint sent you is either refused at the door or sent back. This means, if the phone takes longer than the 24th, you won?t be able to use your upgrade to purchase a phone you may have on pre order with another store like I do with Best Buy.

Let?s all hope they take care of their customers at Sprint.

Your invoice/receipt should say right on there in a line item "$200 Instant Savings". That includes the instant rebate. Don't worry. You'll be fine!
