Update Will NOT work?????

I just switched from iPhone to the S3 this morning. I've been playing with it all day at work but the new update will not work. Says it failed and I have 4g and even connected to wifi and still nothing. What the heck is wrong???????

Hello and Welcome! You mention being at work; If you are in a building you might have spotty signal. I would wait until you get home and try again. Also, you can update via "Kies", just install it on your PC.
