My lovely htc rezound says there is an update. However, when I go to update it says something along the lines of "system not available. Try again when system is available." I have tried updating through WiFi as well as 4G. Can someone help me please?

Wish I could help you Jessica, but I can't. I also checked for an update and I didn't have one. Have you called Verizon?
