In the list of ABOUT it does not exist the option of software update. There are only help, network.phone identify. Hardware informstion. Software information. Legal information. Why?? For the moment i have 4.2.2

Are you asking why you don't have the 4.3 update? Ask HTC. Seriously, the update depends on your version of the HTC One, where you are in the world, and who the update is being published through - Google, HTC or your carrier. If you provide that information, maybe someone with your model knows the answer.

Are on a custom rom . If so it's probably disabled. You should still have the system update icon which is above About

You will need to RUU to get back to factory stock or just flash a stock rom which is a lot easier and if you decide you want a custom rom you can
