Waiting on a 32gb unlocked here. My order status just got updated to "Picking & Packing" with an estimated ship date 4/19 and estimated delivery 4/22. I was previously showing "unknown" availability this morning. Hopefully this is a good sign.

WTF? I walked into an AT&T store and bought one after I got the e-mail from LetsTalk about the delay. I was going to cancel my order when I got home. Now it's packing and shipping? Seriously?

I guess I can still take the One back to AT&T and only pay a restocking fee, but what a cluster#$%@ of a launch for the dev edition.

I don't know if this is the place to ask but would the warranty cover both the unlocked and developer editions if you use them to root and change roms or would that only work for the dev edition since the bootloader is already unlocked? Thanks in advance.

I don't know if this is the place to ask but would the warranty cover both the unlocked and developer editions if you use them to root and change roms or would that only work for the dev edition since the bootloader is already unlocked? Thanks in advance.

Rooting and changing roms violates the warranty on all devices. The dev is meant for people developing new programs, not roms.

Now that I have it in my hand I don't even feel bad about not getting the Dev version. Hell I already have my ATT version bootloader unlocked and rooted with all the bloat frozen.. really not a big deal at this point.. I'm even quite sure this ATT logo on the back will rub off fairly easily!

At least you guys can check your order status... starting this morning, every time I've tried it to check mine the site just kicks me back to the login screen. I emailed tech support asking if my order was canceled or something and got the following answer:
"Your order is still active, however there is a bug in our system that we are working on so that you are able to check your status online."

That's good to read. I hope the Tmo version is as easy to unlock & root, I've never rooted an HTC phone. Having said that, I may just hold off on rooting for a little while.

I found that I got 1 dollar charged from lets talk when I checked my account today. It should be soon.

Mine was picking, shipping on Friday. This morning it says picking, shipping on Monday.

To be fair, I ordered mine on the 7th so a little further behind on the list, but this is driving me nuts!

Oh, and they deleted my case from the order. That actually did me a favor since it wasn't supposed to ship until mid-May.
