Updated. Phone wont restart! Urgent! Help asap.

I updated my S3, and it won't restart now, it would go to lockscreen for 2 seconds and turn off and do the same thing over and over again.
PLEASE HELP.

Yes, I did. I tried pretty much everything, ended up factory reseting the device, works fine now. Thanks
