Updates not pulling through

Hi all,

I just got a S20 4G and I noticed that the software is on the july security patch, but it says that the software is up to date when I try to download newer software. Is the UK unlocked version still on the July patch? Is there a way I can get it to download, or do I just have to wait/reinstall it....

I am on the latest U.K; (BTU), unlocked firmware, TH5, with the August 2020 Android Security patch for the Ultra 5G. See...

[21/AUG/20] TH5 Global mega update rolling out

Just checking on the S20 4G model... SM-G980F on U.K. unlocked, BTU...

That is also on the TH5 firmware with the August Security patch...

Also looks like Samsung UK sold me a German one with a UK plug as it has a EUX Csc according to an app I downloaded. Not sure if that makes a difference

Unbranded Germany is code DBT.

What does it show in... Settings > Software update > Software update information.

It would appear that code EUX = EEA (European Economic Area) and in itself, is not an active CSC code. See... https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=82647171&postcount=12

I removed sim and popped it back in, it propmted a restart and is now downloading an update. It's now showing BTU. I didn't set it self up properly...
