Updates Not Working

Dear Community

I am adding this extra text before the original text below, but after trying to get these updates all day, since I wrote this thread, my phone has started updating my apps.

I have just tried to install an application then I found that it wasn't installing.

So I looked to see if this is affecting my device and it was.

I tried Reboot under the phone data and then with WiFi on to find that nothing is downloading and installing.

Who would I address this issue with?

I hope you can help.
