Updates Unsuccessful

For some reason I am not able to get the update that has been pushed for the past 3 months or so, its a HTC update for 4g I believe. Every time I attempt the update it restarts and comes back that the update was unsuccessful. I havent rooted the phone and have only SWM other programs, any ideas?

Contact HTC customer support. I'm sure they will be able to take care of it.
