Updating galaxy s4 via kies error why?????

Hi, I am a user of galaxy s4 and i love this phone. I'm lebanese. But when i try to update my device via kies it tells my "your phone's firmware is not supported to update via kies". My phone IS 100% UNROOTED. Please tell me what should I do.

Do you have the latest drivers for your phone installed on your PC?

Also make sure you have the latest version of Kies installed. Quite frankly, I don't think Kies works very well.
