Updating PRL While on Mac?

i am trying to update my prl to one of the newest ones that was posted on the prl thread, im still on the stock one btw, and i tried posting in there but no one saw my post.... is there anyway i can change my prl using a mac instead of windows? i am on vacation and thats all i have and my signal is pretty terrible but my friend who has a sprint phone gets full 3g.... i can barely hold onto edge... is there a program like qpst for mac?
