Depending on which of the 42 models of Galaxy S5 that you have and which method you used to root it, you should be able to simply download and flash the stock Samsung firmware for your model of phone, CSC and Product codes, as per #1.11 of 42 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide

Nougat has not been released for the S5 and probably never will.

how come i havent recieved marshmallow yet? :/ With this update, Samsung is taking super long to push the updates to all the carriers

Some carriers and official government telecommunications bodies are very slow in signing off on firmware in some countries.
