Updating rooted with stock rom via UTA

Hey there. I rooted my Galaxy S3 (At&t, stock ROM) via the High on Android method ( YouTube ) . There is now a new OTA update available, but from my understanding I should never OTA update a rooted phone. My phone has a bazillion problems and I was curious what I could do to hard reboot and update. I have Titanium b/u already in place.
