I have a Galaxy S4 which is both unlocked and has been rooted. I'm trying to get it to talk via Bluetooth to a JawBone UP24. However, when I attempt to connect the phone to the UP24, I get an error message that says UP24 requires the latest Bluetooth technology BLE which is not supported by my device. I checked with the JawBone people, who told me I need to upgrade the Android on my phone from 4.2.2 to 4.3 or later. When I go to the Settings menu and attempt to do a software update, I get a message telling me my current software is up to date. So, how do I upgrade the Android 4.2.2 on my unlocked and rooted phone to 4.3 or 4.4?
