upgrade from 4.4.4

I upgraded my samsung galaxy s 5. Ever since then I can't see the radar on my weather apps AccuWeather and NBC 10. Radar is there but does not animate. Please help

remove and re-install the app

I've done that 2 x. Same problem with accuweather. Radar shows but doesn't move even when the app is set for motion. Thanks
