Upgrade Oreo to my Samsung Camera GC100 (Hong Kong Model)

I intend to upgrade to Oreo (Android 8) to my Samsung Galaxy Camera GC100 (Hong Kong Model), do I need to download the Oreo ROM and store it into the sd card of my camera 1st before I start using the Auto Root Tool to root it? If the answer is yes, then where should I download the ROM which is appropriate to GC100 (Hong Kong Model)? Anyone could help pls.?
