Upgrade to the Droid Maxx?

is it worth to upgrade to the replacement droid maxx?

If it does everything you need, and does it well than I would keep it. That is, why I still have mine.

I would like to upgrade as well, but I am looking forward to 4.4 on my RMHD first. I updated my wife's phone from the Razr M to the Moto X. That has been a very nice improvement.

You'd get some incremental upgrades like "shake on" camera, no touch Google Now, active screen notifications, etc. but you'd lose your SD card storage. That's not enough to get me to switch, but YMMV.

+1 to the loss of external SD card, can't use it like I use to since the upgrade, hoping 4.4 will fix that, if not I may root it.
