So for the last two days I have talked to at least 100 representatives from customer service. After everyone telling me that there is absolutely no way I could get a S4 since its brand new, I knew it was possible!! So the first person I called this morning(7:00AM) we were talking for a little while and she finally was able to upgrade me but she insisted that I must pay a $175 termination fee. I kept telling her I just wanted a upgrade and not to cancel my current plan. So I hung up and tried again. This time it finally worked! I gotta say out of everyone that I have talked to this women(Katie) was nicest person I have talked to. After being on the phone with here for 1 1/2 she finally was able to get me the GalaxyS4 a month early. So with everybody saying there is not a way to upgrade early there is. All you have to say is your switching to AT&T if you can't get a up grade. The total cost for me was $200 for the phone, $25 for taxes, $30 for the data plan and $40 for the shipping so I can have it by tomorrow! Has anybody else ever have success like me?
