Upgrading to a Galaxy device soon. What should I get?

I am upgrading my iPhone to a Galaxy device soon and this is my choices in mind. Galaxy S6 (or edge), S6 Edge, or Galaxy Note 4. I am switching to AT&T too. What should I get?? Thank you.

I'd go for the Note 4. You have a removable battery as well the option for an SD card. Not so on the S6. The screen on the Note 4 is also bigger.

Very soon it will be a new model. Wait a bit and take it. However, Note 4 is also not bad.
