I have both and I bounce between the 2 of them. Now I'm using the S22U. They both are great phones for different reasons.I'll have to see. I really love my S22U so I don't think I'd give it up but I may add a line a finance it. We'll see how good it is.
Well according to the rumors, could happenI'm still torn on foldables. I like the idea, but not necessarily the implementation so far. They're still too thick when folded for me to comfortable have one in my pocket all day. I also think that maybe they should be a little larger so when folded the outside screen is more usable. That would in turn give an even bigger inner screen. Then there's the price. For me personally the price is still too high to still have what I consider too many compromises.
However, putting s22 ultra or even Note 20 Ultra cameras, and a housed Spen would go a long way to bridging the gap for me.
I do also. We shall see how serious Samsung is at wanting to push folding phones. No spen silo and needs better camera, if they add those it is a game changer. We shall see...I do like rumors
Yes indeed.. they will get there just not sure how fast ..but I do expect the spen and let's see on the camera should also see improvement...I do also. I think they need to do this, their competitors are already having better specs.
I'm opposite, my main device is fold 3. I use it just like any other phone. They are more durable then most think.I'm thinking of trading my old S10e for a Flip 4... My interest in the Fold is just slightly below zero. It depends on a lot though.
And I definitely wouldn't trade my main device for a foldable.

I hear ya ...nothing wrong with having a plan ..I enjoyed the flip phone but didn't keep it long enough ha ...I rather the Fold for my usage and the flip is great if you need a easy carrying around phone ...It's not about durability concerns for me, I've just personally got absolutely no interest in the form factor of the Fold.
A foldable (the Flip) could become my main phone. It's just that I've never owned one, so I'm skeptical enough that I'd want to keep my "real" phone lol.
For about 2 months I had 2 Fold3s. They’re intriguing devices but I ended up too worried about damaging them and that limited their use out and about. We’ll have to see what the F4 brings.
A. Lot. Of. People.Tell me something. Who on earth would buy a more expensive than iPhone phone like the S22 Ultra then upgrade to the nearest fold phone a few months later?
