Upgrading to the Fold 4 if rumors are true?

The folds seem like a niche item more than anything. To me they sont really offer anything the S line of phones cant do, at least not the stuff thet truly matters anyway. The fold is a nice concept, but that is just it in my opinion, a nice concept.

The regular S series is far more practical, and to me more moving parts means a greater opportunity for something to break. When I got my S22, the salesman offered a pitch of the Z flip 3 to me, and while I did briefly consider it, the idea of moving parts steered me back towards the S22. Knowing my luck, I'd mess something up with the fold/flip mechanism on the first day.

After Fold 3 no more foldable phones for me.

Same here. I've had to get the Fold3 repaired at UBreakiFix too many times, by far the most I've ever had to get a phone fixed. Until they completely get rid of the crease, give it S22U grade camera's and remove or better integrate the built-in screen protector I'm gonna pass.

Samsung should call it "Snap3" or "Split3". ;)

Not interested. I just don't need a phone that doubles as a phablet. The concept is great though IMO.

Most likely gonna skip it. I have had the Fold3 since launch and am actually sending it in as a trade in now for the S22U 1TB. I really wanted to love it but overall it has way too many things that annoy me, mostly software and app related. A lot of apps I use not configured for the display really ruins the point of the experience imo

Damn....what do you do to thing?

Lol mine in mint condition stock protector outter and inner screen

So mustang7757, now that the phone has been announced, curious are you getting a Fold 4? Is getting refined with every gen.

I like it that it's wider... even 3mm is better than nothing and does look a tad wider. Maybe comparable in ratio to the Sony flagship??

Boy, expensive though.

Unboxed Therapy video with the LaterCase Kevlar cover... sweet looking like my LaterCase on my S22U.

I think the Mark III is their current flagship?? 21:9 aspect ratio. What's the Fold's front aspect ratio?

I'm sticking with my S22U of course. But I did contact my Verizon Corp Acct rep at work... just out of curiousity :p ... and they have a BOGO offer going on. Hmm.. maybe if I can get my co-worker to upgrade his Fold 3 to 4... ;)

I know they have their place but for myself I much prefer a thinner device like my S22 Ultra.
