upload pics, choose from gallery , google drive? always , just once?

if i picked "always", how do i change that option later on?

If you were to pick Gallery, for example, then you would go to System Settings/Apps/All, tap Gallery, and then tap Clear Defaults. If you're not sure which app you picked, you could always clear all defaults by tapping the menu button while in the Settings/Apps/All menu, and tap "Reset app preferences." Keep in mind that this will not only clear defaults, but it will also re-enable all disabled apps.
