uploading videos for youtube over network

I cant upload videos (large) on the network, it makes me wait for wifi, thing is i dont have wifi.
is there a setting i can change, i looked couldnt find anything.
im temp rooted if that allows me to do something nonrooted.

I'm on an ICS ROM but my settings(upload settings) allow me to choose between wifi or any network.

Under settings -> General Settings in the youtube app. Again, I'm on ICS so the options could be different.

Yeah, but doesn't Big Red cap uploads. You can't send big files via email, or MMS on the network. I've never tried it at home on WiFi, because I'd just use the PC. I would imagine that the cap would apply to YouTube as well.
