UPS created label and but no additional scan, delivery

[Android Central Question]

I ordered something at Calvin klein. it was shipped on November 30th. the delivery status is, created label but ups has not received package yet. it has been several days since my package label created but there's no additional scan and delivery.
so I asked seller. they said it has left their warehouse so I asked ups.
I think Ups is experiencing delays because of upcoming holidays. So they might be backlogged scanning in my package. I don't know what hell is going on !!!!
My package isn't lost, is it? I'm so worried about it !!!!!!

Welcome to Android Central! If you ordered it directly from Calvin Klein, then you have to keep talking to them. If you ordered it on eBay or a similar marketplace, and if the seller isn't cooperating, then check the marketplace's dispute resolution site (eBay has a lot of protections for its buyers).
